How to measure

1. Waist: measure around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
2. Hips: stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
3. Measure over bare skin or thin underwear, and breathe normally.

Sizing tips

• Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Shapewear should feel snug, never painful.
• Waist and hips in different sizes? For waist trainers, go by your waist. For panties, shorts and bodysuits, go by your hips. For full-body fajas, go by the larger measurement.
• Waist trainers: start on the loosest hook row and build up wear time gradually.
• Post-surgery fajas: follow your surgeon's sizing and compression guidance.
• Fit check: you should be able to breathe deeply, sit for 15 minutes and move freely.

Sizing Tip

Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso) without pulling the tape tight and compare it with the size chart. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size and use the adjustable closure to fine-tune the fit.

Wear It Comfortably

Start with 1 to 2 hours a day and build up gradually, and drink plenty of water during workouts. Never over-tighten: loosen or remove the belt if you feel pinching, numbness or shortness of breath. A waist trainer shapes your look while worn; it doesn't burn fat or permanently change your body. If you are pregnant, postpartum or recovering from surgery, follow your doctor's guidance before use.
